Hanging out in Week 7!

Mommy says I am an angel when I sleep...she can't help but take my picture. This is my favorite blankie from my Aunt Toni , I take my afternoon nap on it... so soft and snuggly!
Ok, so I went to my first "little bundles" class today! I exercised and did lots of stretches- I did a push up and head stand (ok, with help). Mommy sang to me, danced around the circle like a choo choo train and bounced me on a beach ball to the song "Lollipop". Can you believe Mommy would do all that for me, she can't.
Bath time for Nickoo- look at me..I am wearing a duck as a robe..as Adam Sandler would say...that's Quacktastic. I have to admit it was quite comfy and warm. I do love my bath time. Mommy washes and daddy rinses. They got it down to a science now. I know some of you were worried from previous blogs.

This is for Aunt Stephanie- she got me this outfit and insisted that I take a picture of the giraffe on the back side. I like to curl my legs up like a frog. Mommy calls me her little froggy! Here is my friend Logan Kyle's mommy. She works with my mommy. He is not born yet, but I look forward to meeting my new friend, he's due in November. We are going to be best buds and I plan to teach him what I know about this world so far. People at Mommy's work call us Harold and Kumar...because of the Indian and Korean background....they are silly!
Alright, alright! Time for Week 7 update to conclude. Thanks for checking out my pictures and thanks to everyone who comments on my blog...I do love the support! Nicky B signing off. see ya!

6 Weeks Old!

Hi to all my friends and blog visitors- well mom has me in an elephant today, all I can say is at least it's not a giraffe.
Oh...it's a Zebra. All this time, I just saw a blurb in front of me, but now at 6 weeks, I can see the black and white contrast! I like the zebra, as you can see I am waving Hello Zebra! Back in the car seat, mommy likes to take me around town this week, she says it's important to get out of the house. Fine, I say..what choice do I have !
OK, now this is cool. We had tummy time on my surf board. It's one of my favorite times of the day. Only a few minutes, this head of mine is a bit heavy..but I can hold it up now, I am no longer a bobble head.

We went to visit Grammie at work and had lunch. She was so happy, I got to meet all her friends that say they were eager to meet me!

Fight on!! Go Trojans!

Yeah, Auntie Amy and Uncle Noel came to visit me today. They represented at the SC Ohio game later in the day! I was at their wedding in mommy's belly, so it was nice to meet them in person. We had a good snuggle! Papa Snuggle Time! We talked game strategy for upcoming game.
The game was such a blowout, I turned away in shame for Ohio State.
Yeah, another touchdown! Mommy and I celebrated!
Whew, that is exhausting. Three hours of football! I had to have some baby Bjorn time with Grammie.

Bath Day!

This was the day of my very first tub bath! All the other times were sponge baths on my sponge whale. I am snoozing to work up the energy to stay afloat. Aunt Leslie came to visit me. It won't be long before I will be too big to hold like this. She says I am a good snuggler too. I like when she comes to visit. She will assist Mommy with the bath.
Well I survived it, Mommy had her hands full during the bath, so no pictures. We used alot of water and a lot of wash clothes, but I told her it will get easier. She was worried I would get cold so she kept pouring warm water on me..that was lovely. Can you believe that I take my bath in the sink in the kitchen...that seems silly to me. All was fine, but then she put this frog towel on me.

All dry, now I am in my comfy robe. This is the life-Robe and slippers, clean smooth skin and my hair feels nice and clean. Whew, glad it wasn't too bad. I survived the bathtub!
Well, stay tuned for the next big adventure of Nicholas. Signing off...

Week 5 Update

Papa got a new bike, he says I am too little to ride it, but it sure is fancy. It's a Harley Davidson. Vroom ! Here are the four generations. My great-grandma, my grammie, my mommy and me.
Well we had a party for my great grandma and I wore my fatigues and boy was I fatigued. It was a long night of celebrating,so I snoozed for part of it. I was awake for cake though! Mommy says when I turn one, I will have my own cake, for now I stick to milk :)
My great grandma was very happy to spend her birthday with us. She said it was the only birthday present she wanted. I feel very special. She loves to hold me and watch all my funny faces and movements.

Week Four- day in the life of Nicholas

So my first month is complete. Mommy just finished chapter one of her book, What to expect month 1, so we are just in time. Let me tell you about my week. Here I am watching UFC with daddy and he says to make my boxing pose, so I do. What do you think? Now this is my favorite napping zone, I can hear mommy's heartbeat like back in the utero days, you know the good ole days in the warm bath with a constant feeding tube...now I have to cry to let them know when I am hungry.
I had my first trip to the park today with mommy and grammie. There were lots of duckies that Snoop tried to chase. I wasn't interested, so again I chose to nap.
Now it's feeding time, Mommy gave me this plastic thing to eat from...look 4 weeks and I can hold my own bottle. Mommy was very proud. I would only do it once though :) Hey, give me a break- 4 weeks here...not too coordinated yet :)
Back in the bouncy, I can finally see the animals. The elephant was staring at me, so we had a staring match. I won, he turned his back in protest.
Well..thanks for stopping by and more pictures to come.
